Guardianship & Family Reunification
NSCF is committed to reuniting families separated by immigration policies and providing guardianship for children at risk of entering the foster care system. Our work ensures that children remain connected to their families and communities.
Advocacy for Children Born to Immigrant Families
We actively advocate for the rights and well-being of children born to immigrant families at local, state, and federal levels. Through our advocacy efforts, we strive to influence policies that promote family unity, equitable access to resources, and the protection of immigrant children’s futures.
